We are very excited to announce a new Nonprofit Directors and Officers product. Twenty two years ago we made a commitment to be a major provider of Nonprofit D&O coverage and have been involved with some very innovative and transforming changes with this class. Below are two coverage features unique to this product and vital to your protection. Unlimited Extended Reporting Period for Former Directors and Officers (at no additional charge). An Insured gains the advantage of an Occurrence Policy by having the peace of mind they are always insured for the time they served on the Board. Under all other programs, an insured is without coverage if the new Board of Directors decides to Non Renew of Cancel their D&O protection at any time in the future.
Separate and Additional Employment Practices Liability Limit (with Defense Costs Outside the Limit). This prevents the Board’s Directors and Officers Limit of Liability to be eroded by employment claims. All other Non Profit D&O policies endorse EPL coverage on the existing Directors and Officers Liability Insurance Aggregate. Not only does an insured get the added benefit of an optional, separate and additional limit for employment claims, but they also receive unlimited Defense Costs in addition to the Limit of Liability for D&O and EPL claims. |
